- Holding Deposit: The equivalent of 1 week’s rent
- Dilapidation/Security Deposit: The equivalent of 5 weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is less than £50,000, or 6 weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
- Payment of up to £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
- A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device giving access to the housing, where required under a tenancy agreement
- Payment of costs reasonably incurred for the loss of keys/security devices
- Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
- During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable

- Installation of cable/satellite
- Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
